The Power 50 workout combines a variety of basketball-specific Strength and conditioning core exercises. It involves a reducing number of reps each round starting with 2 sets of 50 reps and descending by 5 each time . Follow the video and feel free to pause or rewind to get the technique correct

Playmaker workouts follow a high-intensity timing pattern. Each workout contains 9 separate moves/drills that are performed at high intensity for interval periods. This workout is based on a 1-minute work, 30-second rest timer.
The video contains a technique section where you can learn the moves and then it goes into timed version where you can compete along with the video
